Follow the river from Rossett weir through the lower streches to Gresford weir. Working your way past Flame corner onto the two bridges; picking your way up the straight cut; into the Corn field then arriving at Gresford weir.

A change to the river as it slow, you make your way past the Duel carrageway and into the open fields leading to September cottage. Enjoy the old ruined Gresford bridge as the Dippers flas past you.

You've seen the programs about fishing in hard conditions, here you go. As you head into Worms Wood the river bottom changes, slabs of rock instead of gravel greet you. with the wood closing in around you time starts to stand still!
